i was hoping to be getting a nice computer even though it was used, because this seems like an organization that helps children. The computer seems ok, although a bit old and scuffed up, I found similar used computers online for the same price. Mostly I am disappointed that it took two months and approximately 10 follow up emails, in order to actually receive the product.

Trouble connecting to my WiFi	November 9, 2020

Frustrated as I purchased two laptops. Both have separate issues and very frustrating. This one did come loaded w/ Office but unable to stay connected to my wireless. Its not on my end its the laptop not wanting to stay connected.

takes longer than states to get but with everything going on I understand. Not to much communication either but still worth the wait. I have two more kids to buy for so they won't have to share so saving up will buy again soon. Thank you!!

This was the 2nd computer that I have purchased for a child that had been removed by DCS from their home due to neglect and abuse. Your pricing is FABULOUS and product great. Only critism is that I really struggled getting online to order via a problem with your security...,finally had to email my order. There was a delay in delivery due to you waiting for shipment so that was a disappointment. I'll definitely look to purchase more computers from you.

We are very happy with this laptop. Our kiddo (11yrs old) has several online sites that he needs to access for his school work including online keyboard practice. The wifi works great, the system shuts down and starts up quickly and the overall system speed is more than adequate. The included office suite is a huge plus! I am inputting all his school docs etc. into OneNote for easy access. I did receive the unit with a loose key, and I informed customer right away but for now (within the 90 days) I'm going to try and fix it myself instead of exchanging. Customer service was also great with a question I had with setup. Hard to find a Windows 7 laptop nowadays, which is mush easier than windows 8 for our child, I feel very fortunate that this unit was made available to us at an affordable price through this great program.
