Minor glitches but good result!	July 30, 2020

Although our initial order was lost, we got back on track! The computers arrived but some software had not been loaded. After a call or two, I was sent a thumb drive with needed data! We are now fully functional as requested! Thanks for your continued support!

Even though there were a couple of problems like since it's a relatively older laptop it heats up way to much and very quickly, I loved the affordability of this laptop and the look of it. Overall it is a good product.

So far, my foster son seems to like this laptop. I like that it has the Office suite so that he can use it for college in another year as well.

Windows shuts down	March 23, 2014

The laptop is great and the price is right, but there is an issue with Windows where it randomly shuts down and sometimes there are problems with the reboot. We sent an email to the helpdesk and tried to call, but haven't heard back yet.

My experience with iFoster in purchasing (at a very reasonable price) a refurbished laptop computer for one of my CASA children was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and the process was easy. I think this is an incredible service provided to foster children. My youth was absolutely shocked when I presented her with the laptop. She is off to college next year and certainly will use the laptop not only now, but especially when she is in college..
