iFoster Store Account
How do I create an iFoster store account?
 
Your may wish to set up an account in the iFoster store if you want to create a wish list or do multiple purchases over time. An iFoster store account is separate from your iFoster membership. An account is not necessary to purchase items from the iFoster store.
 
Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policyfor more information.
How do I edit my iFoster store account information?
  Please note, creating an account withint the iFoster store is separate from your iFoster membership. Any information or changes to your iFoster store account will not be reflected in your overall iFoster membership login or registration information. To make changes to your entire iFoster membership, please update your account on www.ifoster.org or send us a note at support@ifoster.org.

Click the "
My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is included in the price you see for each product. If you are ordering more than 10 items, please contact iFoster at rcp@ifoster.org or 530-214-0558 as we might be able to get you a better shipping rate and lower your cost.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

If your password needs to be reset, it will be reset to your email address that you registered with and the password "ifosterhero".
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact iFoster at rcp@ifoster.org or 530-214-0558 within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
 

Orders take 3-5 business days to process since every individual computer is imaged with Microsoft software, properly licensed and tested before shipping. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as the order ships (usually via UPS) to the email address listed on this order.
