Pricing and Billing
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact iFoster at rcp@ifoster.org or 530-214-0558 for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
 
If you set up an iFoster store account when you placed your order, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
 
If you did not set up an iFoster store account when you placed your order, email us at rcp@ifoster.org and we will email you out a copy of your receipt.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged at the same time as your order is sent to Life Span Technology Recycling for fulfillment and shipping. This is usually within minutes of purchase.
